A little history of Happy Days Lodge
Happy Days Lodge - Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio
Happy Days Lodge was originally built in 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corps for use as a summer camp for Akron youth. It is owned by the National Park Service and these days is used for special events only. It is listed on the national registry of historic places and was hand crafted from wormy chestnut timber framing and sandstone floors and foundation. It was an honor to be chosen to give this unique building some upgrades.
