The first being the construction of a high end porch addition with reclaimed lumber and hardscape floor, hidden retractable screens, hydronic floor heating, radiant heating and indirect ambiance lighting. The next phase involved 5000 sf of landscaping using reclaimed sandstone foundation blocks, reclaimed sandstone sidewalk and brick. This wonder out living space also has a natural gas fed fire pit next to a relaxing waterfall. The last phase of the project involved removing the existing siding and installation of Hardi-Shingle pre-finished cement siding. All together the quality and result of this project was phenomenal and is now thoroughly enjoyed by this family.
